Welcome to RastogiWorld.com, a matrimonial and community services platform operated by CreatiVitti eSolutions, having its address at C4F, 202, Janakpuri, New Delhi – 110058 ("RastogiWorld", "we", "us", "our" or "Platform").

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RastogiWorld.com, including its website, matrimonial profiles, communication features, matchmaking services, paid memberships and related services.

By registering, creating a profile, accessing, browsing or using RastogiWorld, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. Nature of RastogiWorld

RastogiWorld is a matrimonial and community-oriented platform intended to help adults discover, communicate with and evaluate prospective matrimonial matches.

The Platform primarily serves members of the Maharaja HarishChandra Community, including Rastogi, Rustagi, Rohatgi, Rohtash and Dublish communities, while permitting participation by eligible users across the broader community as supported by the Platform.

RastogiWorld does not arrange or solemnize marriages and does not guarantee that any member will find a suitable matrimonial partner.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create or maintain a matrimonial profile or otherwise use the matrimonial services.

Profiles may be created or managed by:

- A prospective bride;

- A prospective groom;

- Parents;

- Siblings;

- Relatives;

- Other authorized family members.

A person creating a profile on behalf of another individual represents that they have the appropriate authorization to provide information and operate the profile.

You must provide truthful, accurate and current information.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities conducted through your account.

You must immediately notify RastogiWorld if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You may not:

- Create a profile for a person without appropriate authorization;

- Create multiple deceptive profiles;

- Impersonate another person;

- Use another person's identity or photographs without permission;

- Provide deliberately false or misleading information;

- Transfer your account to another person without our approval.

4. Profile Information

Users may provide personal and family information including, where applicable:

- Name;

- Age/date of birth;

- Gender;

- Community/caste;

- Education;

- Occupation;

- Income or income range;

- Location;

- Family information;

- Photographs;

- Horoscope;

- Birth information;

- Contact information;

- Other matrimonial preferences and information.

Certain information may be displayed to other registered users depending upon the user's privacy settings and Platform functionality.

5. Accuracy of Information

Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information submitted to RastogiWorld.

RastogiWorld may review, verify, edit, restrict, reject or remove information that appears inaccurate, misleading, inappropriate or inconsistent with these Terms.

Income information is user-provided and may be expressed as an amount or range. Unless expressly stated otherwise, RastogiWorld does not independently certify or guarantee the accuracy of a user's income.

6. Identity and Profile Verification

RastogiWorld may use:

- Mobile OTP verification;

- Email OTP verification;

- Identity-document verification;

- Manual profile review;

- Photograph/profile review;

- Other reasonable verification procedures.

Verification is intended to improve platform safety and authenticity. Verification does not constitute a guarantee that every statement made by a member is accurate or that a member is suitable, trustworthy or safe.

7. Matrimonial Due Diligence

Users are responsible for independently verifying information concerning any prospective match.

Before entering into a relationship, engagement, marriage, financial arrangement or other significant commitment, users should independently verify matters including:

- Identity;

- Age;

- Marital status;

- Education;

- Employment;

- Income;

- Residence;

- Family background;

- Photographs;

- Character and conduct;

- Previous relationships or marriages;

- Legal status;

- Any other information material to the proposed relationship.

RastogiWorld does not guarantee the truthfulness, completeness or accuracy of information supplied by another member.

8. Communication and Messaging

RastogiWorld may provide messaging and communication functionality.

Users must communicate respectfully and lawfully.

Users must not use the Platform to:

- Harass, threaten or intimidate another person;

- Send obscene or unlawful content;

- Engage in hate speech;

- Solicit money fraudulently;

- Promote scams;

- Distribute malware;

- Spam other members;

- Engage in commercial solicitation without permission;

- Attempt to obtain sensitive personal information for improper purposes.

RastogiWorld may restrict or suspend communication functionality where misuse is suspected.

9. Contact Information

Users may have the ability to control whether certain contact information is visible to other users.

Phone-number visibility may be controlled through available privacy settings.

WhatsApp numbers will not be automatically disclosed by RastogiWorld as a separate contact-visibility feature.

Users should exercise caution before sharing personal contact information.

10. User Safety

RastogiWorld encourages users to communicate through the Platform initially and exercise reasonable caution when meeting another person.

Users should:

- Verify identity independently;

- Avoid sending money to another member;

- Avoid sharing passwords, OTPs or financial credentials;

- Meet in safe public places;

- Inform family or trusted persons before meeting someone;

- Report suspicious behavior.

RastogiWorld is not responsible for losses resulting from transactions or arrangements between members.

11. Reporting and Blocking

Users may report or block other members through available Platform functionality.

RastogiWorld may investigate reported profiles and may take appropriate action, including:

- Warning the member;

- Restricting communication;

- Hiding the profile;

- Suspending the account;

- Removing the profile;

- Permanently terminating access.

12. Paid Services

RastogiWorld may offer free and paid matrimonial services.

Paid membership plans may start from ₹2,999, with pricing and features displayed at the time of purchase.

Depending on the selected plan, paid services may include:

- Access to additional profiles;

- Unlimited messaging;

- Access to contact information where permitted;

- Advanced search;

- Express interest;

- Profile highlighting;

- Personalized matchmaking assistance;

- Other features specifically described for the selected plan.

The exact features, price, duration and applicable taxes will be displayed before purchase.

13. Membership Activation

Paid membership becomes active after the user's profile has undergone the required manual approval process.

Payment does not guarantee profile approval.

RastogiWorld may decline, delay or restrict approval where information is incomplete, unverifiable, misleading or otherwise inconsistent with Platform requirements.

14. No Automatic Renewal

RastogiWorld memberships do not automatically renew unless a future service specifically states otherwise and the user separately agrees to such arrangement.

15. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the RastogiWorld Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Subject to that policy, a user may request a full refund within seven (7) days of payment if the user has not substantially used the paid matrimonial services.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

16. Profile Visibility

Users may use available privacy controls to determine how their profile is displayed.

A user may choose to hide their profile or adjust available visibility settings.

Certain information may remain available where necessary to operate an ongoing conversation, comply with law, prevent fraud or fulfill legitimate administrative requirements.

17. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

1. Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.

2. Provide false information.

3. Impersonate another person.

4. Upload someone else's photographs without permission.

5. Create fraudulent matrimonial profiles.

6. Attempt to obtain money through deception.

7. Engage in harassment or stalking.

8. Upload illegal, obscene or defamatory content.

9. Attempt unauthorized access to Platform systems.

10. Scrape or systematically collect member information.

11. Sell or commercially exploit member information.

12. Use member information for unsolicited marketing.

13. Introduce viruses, malicious code or harmful software.

14. Circumvent security or verification mechanisms.

15. Use the Platform for purposes unrelated to legitimate matrimonial/community services.

18. User-Submitted Content

Users retain ownership of content they submit, subject to the rights necessary for RastogiWorld to operate the Platform.

By submitting photographs, profile descriptions and other content, you grant RastogiWorld a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display and process that content solely as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure and improve the Platform and its services.

RastogiWorld may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

19. Photographs

Users must upload photographs that:

- Belong to them or are used with appropriate permission;

- Accurately represent the relevant person;

- Do not infringe another person's rights;

- Are not obscene, unlawful or misleading.

RastogiWorld may reject or remove photographs that fail these requirements.

20. Intellectual Property

The RastogiWorld name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, layout, features and other Platform materials are owned by or licensed to CreatiVitti eSolutions and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish or commercially exploit Platform materials without written permission.

21. Third-Party Services

RastogiWorld may use third-party technology and service providers for purposes including:

- Hosting;

- Analytics;

- Security;

- Email;

- SMS/OTP;

- Payment processing;

- Communication;

- Website functionality.

Use of third-party services may be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

22. Privacy

Use of personal information is governed by the RastogiWorld Privacy Policy.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that personal information may be collected, used, stored and processed as described in that Privacy Policy.

23. Marketing Communications

RastogiWorld may communicate with users regarding:

- Account activity;

- Service updates;

- Memberships;

- Offers;

- Matrimonial recommendations;

- Platform announcements;

- Promotional communications.

Users may opt out of non-essential promotional communications through available mechanisms.

24. Account Suspension and Termination

RastogiWorld may suspend, restrict or terminate an account where:

- These Terms are violated;

- Fraud is suspected;

- False information is provided;

- The Platform is misused;

- Another user's safety may be at risk;

- Required verification cannot be completed;

- Continued access creates legal, security or operational concerns.

Users may request deletion of their account.

25. Deletion of Accounts

Users may request account deletion.

Following deletion, information may be retained where reasonably necessary for:

- Legal compliance;

- Fraud prevention;

- Security;

- Dispute resolution;

- Accounting;

- Enforcement of agreements;

- Legitimate record-keeping.

Information that no longer needs to be retained may be deleted or anonymized in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

26. Disclaimer Regarding Matrimonial Outcomes

RastogiWorld does not guarantee:

- That a suitable match will be found;

- That a particular member will respond;

- That communications will result in a relationship;

- That a relationship will result in marriage;

- That a marriage will be successful;

- The accuracy of information supplied by members;

- The behavior, intentions or background of members.

27. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RastogiWorld and CreatiVitti eSolutions shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from interactions between members.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

28. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, a user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless CreatiVitti eSolutions, RastogiWorld and their representatives from claims, losses, liabilities and expenses arising from:

- The user's violation of these Terms;

- False or misleading information provided by the user;

- Misuse of another person's information;

- User-generated content;

- Unlawful conduct;

- Violations of another person's rights.

29. Changes to the Platform

RastogiWorld may modify, add or discontinue features from time to time.

Where material changes affect users' rights or obligations, reasonable notice may be provided as required by applicable law.

30. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically.

The updated version will be published on RastogiWorld.com with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the Platform after applicable changes become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

31. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable consumer and other mandatory legal rights, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts and authorities in Delhi, India.

32. Dispute Resolution

RastogiWorld encourages users to first contact the Platform to resolve complaints.

Nothing in this provision prevents a consumer from exercising any statutory right or remedy available under applicable law.

33. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

34. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, constitute the principal terms governing use of RastogiWorld.
